What’s new? Your workout.

 Two of the great things about CrossFit are creativity and constant variation. This Workout of the Day (WOD) is a classic example of the creativity of CrossFit programming. With a running clock, do one rep at 1 minute, two reps at 2 minutes, etc. until failure. What seems like it will be easy at the beginning RAPIDLY degenerates; usually right around the 7-8 minute mark with the visceral realization that you’re going to have to start working… HARD.
