One of the greatest things about finding CrossFit was being able to let all of that go. I stopped training to look a certain way and started training for performance. The ironic part is that not only was it incredibly liberating, I also got better results! We&#8217;d love to make that your reality, too.</p>

So let&#8217;s get started. As Malone says, &#8220;The Lord hates a coward.&#8221;</p>
